 Nigeryjczycy oszukują na allegro , natomiast na zagranicznym portalu pośredniczącym w sprzedaży samochodów natknąłem się na dziwną próbę wyłudzenia, nazwałbym to „oszustem hiszpańskim”. W zasadzie od "nigeryjczyków" mechanizm różni się nie wiele, jest to kolejny przykład 419 fraud . Sprawa tradycyjnie zakręcona, a oferta niezwykle okazyjna, tyle że fałszywa. Oto moja krótka historia...
Od kilku tygodni moja mama poszukuje nowego samochodu, a ponieważ mamy możliwość zakupu pojazdu w Belgii to tamten rynek jest miejscem jej poszukiwań. Wykorzystuje przy tym jeden z najpopularniejszych serwisów tego typu – autoscout24. Ofert przejrzała wiele, ale zazwyczaj albo były już nieaktualne, albo miały tylko przyciągnąć kupującego do komisu. Któregoś późnego wieczoru zadzwonił mój telefon, mama znalazła interesującą ofertę, co więcej dostała także odpowiedź e-mailową od sprzedawcy, który chwilę później został przefowardowany do mnie. Dla pewności kiedy przyjechałem do mamy wykonałem telefon na podany wcześniej numer, po chwili usłyszałem przemiły kobiecy głos mówiący coś do mnie po hiszpańsku, jak się okazało była to skrzynka głosowa. Wysłaliśmy więc mail. Coś nowego samochód był garażowany i nigdy nie był „bity”, tego jeszcze nie wiedzieliśmy. W odpowiedzi nie ma natomiast, żadnych nowych szczegółów dotyczących transportu. Sprzedający upiera się natomiast przy automatycznej skrzyni (choć znów załączył te same pliki i zdjęcia na których jest manualna). Cena mimo transportu przez pół Europy też nie uległa zmianie. No cóż, kolejne oszustwo. Pod lupę poszło jeszcze kilka rzeczy, oto efekty „śledztwa”: 1) strona www.auto-express-transport.com powstała 11 maja 2007 roku, czyli tydzień przed opublikowaniem oferty sprzedaży samochodu. Nigdzie w internecie nic o niej nie ma, żadnych linków (ani jednego). Na grupach dyskusyjnych znalazłem natomiast informację o podobnie nazywającej się stronie, która była fałszywa. FedEx, DHL, Ebay, Mobile.de, wysłałem do nich maile z zapytaniem czy jest im znana. Ponieważ było to wczoraj wieczorem, na razie odpowiedź przyszła tylko z Lufthansa Cargo. Pan który mi odpowiedział nic o firmie nie słyszał, jednak ma to sprawdzić (możliwe, że któryś z krajowych oddziałów Lufthansy lub DHL z nimi współpracuje). Zaleca jednak możliwe daleko posuniętą ostrożność i skorzystanie z renomowanego przewoźnika (Lufthansa?) oraz płatności PayPalem. 3) Adres IP sprzedającego nie pochodzi z Hiszpanii a z USA (dlatego pewnie odpisywał w nocy) Obecnie jestem na etapie dowiadywania się czy polska policja cokolwiek z tym zrobi, jeżeli tak, złożę stosowne zawiadomienie. Pobawię się jeszcze z facetem, pomęcze go trochę dla zdobycia "materiału dowodowego". W USA zajmuje się tym Secret Service, więc im pewnie też dam znać. Zastanawiają mnie też skany dowodu rejestracyjnego, podejrzewam, że jest albo kradziony albo fałszywy. W dokumencie są numery nadwozia, adres właściciela, itp., więc nie będzie trudno sprawdzić. Wystawiony został na nazwisko: Jacques Geens, tak samo przedstawiał się w sprzedający. Nas nie udało się nabrać, ale skoro ktoś próbował, to na pewno są tacy, którzy się nabierają. |

Ja jestem właśnie na etapie \"dobijania\" pytaniami chyba TWOJEGO złodzieja (sądząc po identycznej niemalże korespondencji). Jaguar S-Type, tańszy o 5000 euro od ceny rynkowej. Na moją propozycję przyjazdu i finalizowania transakcji w Londynie zaproponował dostawę \"pod dom\" poprzez firmę EuroCars Shipping i wziął na siebie cały koszt związany z dostawą. Firma ta jest gotowa w ciągu 48 godzin dostarczyć auto pod mój dom i czeka tylko na potwierdzenie wpłaty 20% zaliczki - oczywiście Western Union. Nie są jednak w stanie przedstawić skanów ani dokumentów pojazdu ani nawet podać numeru VIN, podobno ze względu na ochronę danych przed złodziejami wykorzystującymi je do oszustw internetowych.
Czekam na kolejne maile od EuroCars Shipping lub BERCOT FARMES, tak przynajmniej w mailu przedstwia się właściciel.
Jescze trochę powalczę i również prześlę całą korespondencję Policji.

W moim przypadku sprzedawca podaje się za brata zmarłego w wypadku motocyklowym właściciela samochodu, podaje że mieszka we Włoszech a brat żył w Niemczech. Mieliśmy sie spotkać w Mediolanie bo to bliżej do mnie wiec on przyjechałby z Neapolu..
Też pisał że chce mieć pewnośc ze jestem zainteresowana samochodem bo miał już kupca przez którego poniósł straty.
Chce abym dokonała depozytu w Western Union jednak na swoje nazwisko co miałoby być dla mnie zabezpieczeniem, ze nie chce mnie oszukać.. Oczywiscie zwróci mi prowizję i takie tam, a jak się rozmyśle to mi zwróci koszty podróży.. zapewniał ze jak przyjade to pojedziemy do mechanika sprawdzić samochód a potem na policje zeby potwierdzić ze wszytko ok.. Na szczęście jestem dość nieufna i zaczelam drążyć temat, Pan Roman Smolka przesłał mi nawet skan papierów samochodu oraz swojego dowodu osobistego. Jednak jak poprosiłam o podanie numeru vin samochodu, odmówił twierdzac ze nie może tego zrobic przez Internet ze już przesłał mi skany i to powinno wystarczyć.

1. After I receive your shipping info, I will go to escrow company and leave the car onto your name and with your shipping address as the intended receiver.
2. The escrow service will check the car also the legal papers to see that everything is OK with it.

Let me explain. The car is locked in my garage in the UK. I have left for Switzerland to give birth because I want my daughter to be born in my home country.

Due to amount involved, I suggest using the security provided by eBay's Vehicle Purchase Protection Program which will hold the cash. In my opinion this is the safest way to handle the transaction. You will have the car for inspection and test drive BEFORE any money is released to me.
Secondly, you will receive all appropriate documents along with the vehicle. Naturally, I will sign the section 8 in the V5 form so you can easily transfer the car into your name.

EBay will transfer the money to me, only after you will confirm, them the purchase of the vehicle. Until then, the money will be safe kept by eBay and not released to me.
The car will be shipped directly to your requested address, as soon as I will have the payment confirmation from eBay. EBay will hold the money until you will receive, inspect and accept the car.
